Emerson has been developing electric motors and fans since 1890. Now, they are investing in a new location in Ash Flat, Arkansas. The total investment will come out to $35 million and will go toward building a new manufacturing location. This new expansion will also create about 245 new jobs for Sharp County residents. So this will be good for the local economy. We can expect to see great growth over the next several years.
