

Delta Cooling Towers to Expand in Right to Work West Virginia
West Virginia is a Right to Work state, which means workers have more freedoms, including whether or not to join a union. As a result, companies prefer to invest in these state. One such Right to Work state is West Virginia, which is where Delta Cooling Towers is choosing to expand with a second manufacturing facility in Barbour County. As a result, this will create 50 new jobs. So this is great news!

[…] We now are embarking on a second new facility with state-of-the-art equipment that will facilitate a series of new innovative evaporative cooling equipment. The quality of the workforce in WV and the business friendly environment were major drivers on the decision to expand in West Virginia.” […]
