AFGE Boss KaSandra Hall Faces Sentencing for Wire Fraud

KaSandra Hall is the former Secretary/Treasurer for the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 235 in Killeen, Texas. On May 18, 2021, she pleaded guilty to wire fraud. You can read more about her guilty plea by clicking here. Then on August 18, she heard her sentencing. She must now serve two years of probation, as well as pay $12,765 in restitution, and an additional $200 in fines and fees.

This is yet another example of the rampant corruption that goes on behind the scenes of unions.

From the Department of Labor:

On August 18, 2021, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, KaSandra Hall […]was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay $12,765 in restitution, a $100 fine, and a $100 special assessment. On May 18, 2021, Hall pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1343. The sentencing follows an investigation by the OLMS Dallas-New Orleans District Office.DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
