Butterball, one of the leading brands for turkey, doesn’t just exist during the Thanksgiving season. In fact, they are growing! And, they are growing in not one, but two locations. An investment of $8.7 million will help the company expand facilities in Ozark as well as Huntsville, Arkansas. This will create 160 jobs in Ozark and 200 jobs in Huntsville, altogether totaling 360 new employment opportunities in Arkansas. While this might not be good for the turkeys, this is fantastic news for the state. It just goes to show the success of Right to Work economies.
