qtq80-ojg53Q

Donald Dougherty, while running Dougherty Electric Inc, employs workers from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 98. When faced with charges resulting from an investigation involving OLMS Philadelphia-Pittsburg Office, the DOL Office of Inspector General, the Employee Benefits Security Administration, the FBI, and the IRS, he buckled, pleading guilty to his crimes on January 21, 2021. His crimes include falsifying tax information, as well as stealing from the benefit plans of employees. One thing’s for sure – with this many organizations going after him, pleading guilty of the crimes he committed was probably the smoothest path for him to take. After all, his crimes have put him head to head against even the FBI and IRS.
