How Much is PCA Investing in Right to Work Alabama

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) will soon be investing $440 million in Right to Work Clarke County, Alabama. This investment will allow them to convert a paper machine. This way, they can start producing linerboard for special types of packaging. This will create new opportunities for the area.
