Valley Guard Supply will be investing $1 million in order to add a new manufacturing facility in Harrisonburg, Virginia. But this isn’t any facility. It will be used to produce personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face masks to help fight COVID-19. But this isn’t all this disabled-veteran-owned business is doing to help people. In fact, the new facility will create 45 new jobs for the area. So this will be a great addition to the economy as well!

“We are excited to add this homegrown Virginia company to our roster[. We] thank Valley Guard Supply for creating 45 new jobs in the Shenandoah Valley. […] This project is a great success story of proud JMU alumni with first-hand knowledge of the region’s assets and talent who are committed to the Harrisonburg community and the Commonwealth. We thank Valley Guard for its investment and look forward to our partnership.â€
