Kurt Kittleson, the former Secretary/Treasurer for the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 151D in Rancho Palos Verde, California, was caught for making a false statement in a report. Then on April 22, he pled guilty to the act. This is just one more example of the corruption that goes on behind the scenes of forced unions. Who knows what other schemes these bosses have been up to.

Kurt Kittleson, former Secretary-Treasurer of United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 151D (located in Rancho Palos Verde, Calif.), pleaded guilty to one count of making a false statement in a report required to be filed by a labor union, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 439(b).
