Landing Apartments “Lands” in Right to Work Alabama

Landing, an apartment building company, is planning a relocation soon. In fact, they are relocating headquarters from San Francisco to Right to Work Birmingham, Alabama. This will give the company lots of Right to Work benefits while also creating new opportunities for the community. In fact, they plan to create 816 new jobs for the area. So this will be a great addition to Jefferson County’s! It will provide an economic boost while also bettering the job market.

“As a Birmingham native, relocating our headquarters and expanding our Alabama team was a natural transition. […] I’m excited by the opportunity to continue to scale Landing and bring new jobs and economic opportunities to my community.â€

An analysis by the Alabama Department of Commerce estimates Landing’s relocation and expansion project over 20 years will create a total new payroll of $1.3 billion, bringing in $112 million in state revenue and a 356% return on investment to the state.
