Recap: Everything’s Bigger in RTW Texas, Including Investments!

Companies are constantly making new investments in Right to Work Texas, so here are some of the most recent! Companies adding new locations in Texas include CelLink and USA BioEnergy, as well as Expansion Ammunition. Altogether, these businesses could create a total of 2,542 new jobs. So this is exciting news!

CelLink:

CelLink is investing $130 million toward a new location soon in Right to Work Georgetown, Texas. This will also create 800-2,000 new jobs!

“This new manufacturing facility is ideally located in Central Texas to serve our customers, many of whom are electric vehicle manufacturers. […] The experience and knowledge of manufacturing that Titan’s development team has brought to this project has been outstanding, they really understand how to customize for manufacturing. The City of Georgetown has also been a terrific partner who embraces advanced manufacturing and the idea of helping to build the supply chain for electric vehicle manufacturing in its town. Georgetown provides access to a skilled and educated workforce in the region fostered by advanced Texas State Technical College and Austin Community College curriculums in high-tech manufacturing. It has all the amenities of a vibrant city, making Georgetown a perfect fit for our expansion.â€

USA BioEnergy:

USA BioEnergy is investing $1.7 billion toward a new advanced biorefinery in Right to Work Bon Wier, Texas. This will create 142 new jobs as a result!

“USA BioEnergy performed an extensive site search and analysis to identify the best location for our project. […] State and local incentives then became the key component of our decision and we’re excited to select Bon Wier.†[…]

“We are excited that USA BioEnergy has chosen East Texas as the home for their new advanced biorefinery. […] This investment will further cement Texas as an innovative energy leader and will bring unprecedented economic opportunities to Bon Weir and Newton County. Thank you to USA BioEnergy for selecting Newton County for this incredible project and I appreciate the hard work of our local and state partners to secure this investment. I look forward to our continued work together as we create an even brighter future for the entire Lone Star State.â€

Expansion Ammunition:

Expansion Ammunition is investing $100 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Texarkana, Texas. This will also create 400 new jobs!
