Right to Work Louisiana Economic Update

Businesses are choosing to invest in Right to Work Louisiana as a result of its Right to Work laws and economic benefits that come with them. In fact, three businesses will soon be adding new locations here. The companies investing in Right to Work Louisiana include Tides Medical and Kindle Energy, as well as Kumho Tires. Tides Medical:

Tides Medical is investing $1.5 million in order to upgrade its headquarters in Right to Work Lafayette, Louisiana and create 40 new jobs.

“We believe that Louisiana biotech companies like Tides Medical play an important role in saving limbs and lives through the development and manufacturing of advanced treatments like our Artacent products for chronic wounds. […] As our population ages, we must invest in solutions that will prevent negative outcomes for patients with chronic wounds, including millions that receive no advanced wound care treatment today. We can do that here in Louisiana by creating quality jobs, and funding innovative research and development.†[…]

Kindle Energy:

Kindle Energy is investing $750 million in order to add a new location and create 25 new jobs in Right to Work Iberville Parish, Louisiana.

“This investment by Kindle Energy is a win for job creation, emissions reduction and rural resilience.†[…]

Kumho Tires:

Kumho Tires is creating new jobs in Right to Work St. Mary Parish, Louisiana as a result of a new facility here.
