Recap: RTW Michigan Welcomes Various Business Investments

Michigan continues to grow economically as a result of its Right to Work laws. The most recent Right to Work Michigan investments include Traverse City Whiskey Co and Acoust-A-Fiber, as well as VIA Motors and Magna. Some of these companies are expanding current Michigan locations, while others are adding new locations. Read on in order to learn more!

Traverse City Whiskey Co:

Traverse City Whiskey Co is investing $20 million in order to expand in Right to Work Traverse City. They will also create 100 new jobs!

“We’re thrilled to break ground on this incredible new facility and are grateful to the State of Michigan for investing in our future which will allow us to expand operations and exclusively produce our award-winning whiskey right here in our hometown of Traverse City.†[…]

“Today’s $20 million investment by Traverse City Whiskey Company will create nearly 100 good-paying jobs and foster long-term economic opportunity in Northern Michigan’s agribusiness sector.†[…]

“Michigan’s craft beverage industry is on the grow. Businesses like Traverse City Distillery directly contribute to economic development and jobs creation with our local communities while creating markets for our farmers. Acoust-A-Fiber:

Acoust-A-Fiber is investing $12.1 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Shelby Township, Michigan and create 75 new jobs!

VIA Motors:

VIA Motors is officially open in Right to Work Auburn Hills, Michigan after a $12.35 million investment. Now they can begin hiring 300 new employees!

Magna is investing $426.6 million and creating 920 new jobs as a result of an expansion in Right to Work St. Clair, Michigan.
