What will the Expansion of Katoen Natie Norfolk Do for Virginia?

Katoen Natie Norfolk is expanding soon in Right to Work Norfolk, Virginia with a $61 million investment. This will allow them to improve their freight distribution. But what will this mean for the people in the area? The company plans to create 35 new jobs as a result of this expansion. So this is good news for the economy!
