22nd Century Technologies Expands Headquarters in Right to Work Virginia

22nd Century Technologies is investing $1 million in order to expand its headquarters in Right to Work Fairfax County, Virginia. As a result, the company will also create 880 new jobs. So this is exciting economic news!
