Steelworkers President Michael Bliss Pleads Guilty to Grand Theft
United Steelworkers Local 9110 President Michael Bliss has pleaded guilty to grand theft. As a fourth-degree felony, the amount stolen falls between $7,500 and $150,000.

On September 26, 2025, in the Court of Common Pleas of Madison County, Ohio, Michael Bliss, former President of United Steelworkers (USW) Local 9110 (located in London, Ohio), pleaded guilty to one count of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, valued at $7,500 or more, but less than $150,000, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(2). The guilty plea follows an investigation by the OLMS Cincinnati-Cleveland District Office.
