US DOL Investigation Update

Amanda Gullesserian, Vice President of International Entertainment Adult Union (IEAU), will be spending the next four months in a prison cell after pleading guilty to making a false statement in a financial report.

From the Department of Labor:

On December 12, 2025, in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Amanda Gullesserian, former Vice President of International Entertainment Adult Union (IEAU)(located in Woodland Hills, Calif.), was sentenced to four months of imprisonment (two months to be served in custody and two months to be served in home confinement) and one year of supervised release. Gullesserian was also ordered to pay $6,667 in restitution and a special assessment of $25. On August 13, 2025, Gullesserian pleaded guilty to one count of making a false statement in a financial report of a labor union, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 439(b). The sentencing follows an investigation by the OLMS Los Angeles District Office.
