FOP Union Boss Andra Parker Makes Guilty Plea

US Department of Labor Investigation Update

Andra Parker, Chairman of the FOP DOC Labor Committee, has decided to plead guilty to wire fraud.

From the Department of Labor:

On October 30, 2024, in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Andra Parker, former Chairman of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) DC Department of Corrections (DOC) Labor Committee (located in Washington, D.C.), pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1343. The guilty plea follows an investigation by the OLMS Washington District Office, the Department of Labor’s Office of Inspector General, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
