On July 21, 2025, in the Circuit Court for Spotsylvania County, Virginia, Cassandra Fields, former Treasurer of International Guards Union of America (GUA) Local 170 (located in Fredericksburg, Va.), was indicted on one count of embezzlement of $1,000 or more, in violation of Section 18.2-111 of the Code of Virginia. The indictment follows an investigation by the OLMS Washington District Office.
