NALC Vice President Marcus Miller Pleads Guilty to Embezzlement

US Department of Labor Investigation Update

Marcus Miller, Vice President of NALC Branch 775, has pleaded guilty to embezzling $54,820 from union funds. It’s a shame that union bosses take advantage of those they claim to work for.

From the Department of Labor:

On October 16, 2025, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, Marcus Miller, former Vice President of National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Branch 775 (located in Niles, Mich.), pleaded guilty to one count of embezzlement of union funds in the amount of $54,820, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501(c). The guilty plea follows an investigation by the OLMS Detroit-Milwaukee District Office and the United States Postal Service’s Office of Inspector General.
