Recap: Businesses are Locating to Right to Work Utah
Right to Work Utah harbors lots of economic benefits for companies, so it’s no wonder why more and more are choosing to invest here! Some businesses that are adding new Right to Work Utah locations include Greenfield Energy and Frulact USA, as well as APC. Altogether, these companies will create a total of 480 new jobs
Greenfield Energy:
Greenfield Energy is investing $150 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Uintah County, Utah. This will create 214 new jobs!
Greenfield Energy may receive up to 50% of the additional state taxes it will pay over the 10-year life of the agreement in the form of a Utah Legislature-authorized Rural Economic Development Tax Increment Financing (REDTIF) tax credit. Each year Greenfield Energy meets the criteria in its contract with the state, it will qualify for a portion of the total tax credit.

Frulact USA:
Frulact USA is investing $75.6 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Logan, Utah. This will create 131 new jobs as a result!

Given our expertise in fruit preparations and the plant-based products market segment, we believe Logan is a perfect fit for our new expansion to North America.” [“¦]

[“¦] Frulact will play an integral role in improving the supply chain resilience of key food manufacturers in Utah and the western U.S. We know Frulact will find a welcoming community to begin establishing their U.S. presence.”AREA DEVELOPMENT MAGAZINE
APC:
APC (American Packaging Corporation) is open for business in Right to Work Cedar City, Utah! This will soon create 135 new jobs!
