Union Boss Kathryn A Connelly Sentenced Further for Crimes

Back in late September of 2020, Kathryn A Connelly was caught red-handed for union corruption and pled guilty for embezzling over $10,000 in union funds. She was the President of the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Branch 707, located in Michigan. At this time, she was made to pay all the money back, and she did. Now, a few months later, she is being sentenced to a year of probation as well as being fined $1,000 for her hideous crimes.

From the Department of Labor:

Kathryn A Connelly […] was sentenced to one year of probation. She was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and a $100 special assessment. Connelly previously paid $10,323 in restitution. On September 28, 2020, Connelly pleaded guilty to one count of embezzlement of union funds in the amount of $10,323, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501(c). The sentencing follows an investigation by the OLMS Minneapolis Resident Investigator Office and the U.S. Postal Service’s Office of the Inspector General.DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
