What is Nodal Exchange Planning in Right to Work Virginia?

Nodal Exchange is expanding soon in Right to Work Fairfax County, Virginia. In order to do this, they are investing a total of $300,000 toward the project. In addition, they also plan to create 37 new jobs. So this is exciting news!
