Agile Cold Storage Invests in Two Facilities in Right to Work Georgia

Agile Cold Storage has decided to invest in over $60 million toward two new facilities in two different Georgia locations. So the investment will go toward two 150,000 square-foot facilities. The first location is in Cartersville, and they plan to create up to 70 new jobs there. Then the second location is in Gainesville, and they expect to create up to 100 jobs in the area. With this expansion, the company is providing employment opportunities for up to 170 people in the state of Georgia.

From Area Development Magazine:

“[We’re happy] to welcome Agile Cold Storage to Bartow County, particularly because cold storage solutions are essential. […] We appreciate the quality jobs and investment that Agile will bring. [And we thank] our state and local partners who helped encourage the company to come to this decision.â€

“The state’s proactive long-term investment in our logistics infrastructure continues to pay in the form of jobs and opportunities for Georgians when they’re needed most.” […] I thank Agile Cold Storage for their investment, along with Governor Kemp and our local economic development partners for helping us bring additional jobs and opportunities to both of these Georgia communities.â€
