American Wood Fibers Chooses Right to Work North Carolina Location

American Wood Fibers, is a company that dedicated themselves to wood fiber products such as pet bedding and wood pellets. Recently, they chose Laurinburg, North Carolina as the perfect location to soon create a new facility. In order to make all of this come true, they’re investing $19.5 million toward the project. This will also mean 51 new jobs for the area. So this is good news for Scotland County’s economy.

“Our team has been actively searching for years to find the best combination of people, infrastructure, and supplies to expand our diversified company into the Southeast. We are excited to build upon the foundation that Nature’s Earth established in Laurinburg. […]

We plan to create additional opportunities for career growth for our team as we provide a positive contribution to the environment by utilizing by-products from the surrounding forest product industries.â€
