BOS Automotive Products to expand in RTW Michigan

Michigan-NILRR

BOS Automotive Products is expanding soon in Right to Work Rochester Hills, Michigan. This decision has been no doubt influenced by Michigan’s Right to Work laws. In order to make this expansion, the company is investing a total of $1.1 million toward the project. In addition, they will also create 50 new jobs. So this will be a great economic addition to the area!

From Area Development Magazine:

“As the demand for electric vehicles increases, we are glad BOS Automotive Products, Inc. is able to increase production to meet the needs of Michigan’s innovative automotive industry. […] The addition of 50 new jobs in Rochester Hills with a strong path for career growth and development is a long-term investment in the people of Oakland County.â€

The project is being supported by a $225,000 Michigan Business Development Program performance-based grant. The city of Rochester Hills has offered to support the project through expedited plan review services and the waiving of fees. Michigan was chosen for the project over competing sites in Illinois and Mexico.
