Ford to Create 2.5K Right to Work Michigan Jobs

Right to Work Michigan Economic Update

The state of Michigan is known for its auto industry, which helps create jobs for entire regions. And the latest Right to Work Michigan investment is coming from Ford, who plans to establish a new battery plant in Marshall. In order to accomplish this, the company is investing a whopping $3.5 billion toward the project. They will also create a total of 2,500 new jobs. So this is exciting economic news!

“Ford’s electric vehicle lineup has generated huge demand. To get as many Ford EVs to customers as possible, we’re the first automaker to commit to build both NCM and LFP batteries in the United States. […] We’re delivering on our commitments as we scale LFP and NCM batteries and thousands, and soon millions, of customers will begin to reap the benefits of Ford EVs with cutting-edge, durable battery technologies that are growing more affordable over time.†[…]
