Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) is adding a new location soon in Right to Work Lugoff, South Carolina. In order to cover the cost, the company is investing $23 million. And, they also plan to create 120 new jobs. So this is good news for Kershaw County! This shows how Right to Work states attract new businesses and improve the economy.
