Mobis US Alabama to Add a New Right to Work Alabama Facility

Mobis US Alabama is a subsidiary of a South Korea-based auto supplier. And now, they are investing $15.8 million to open a new location in McCalla, Alabama. Right along with this, they plan to create around 120 new jobs for Jefferson County locals. So this is just another piece of good news for the state’s economy.

From Area Development Magazine:

“To land this partnership with Mobis is a tremendous win for [us] at a critical time for jobs and investment. […] This project, when operational, will provide impacts beyond those in jobs and investment and put our region closer to building a cluster of next-generation automobile technologies and manufacturers.†[…]

“Jefferson County is proud to be the home of another reputable automotive supplier and, specifically, to see that home be in our JeffMet McCalla Industrial Park alongside others in the automotive industry.
