NALC Treasurer Randal Dunlap Pleads Guilty to $86,000 Embezzlement

Randal Dunlap, Treasurer for NALC Branch 1018 has pleaded guilty to one count of embezzling union funds in the amount of $86,000. His original indictment consisted of seven counts of embezzlement totalling $86,000, plus filing false reports and falsifying union records. You can read about the original indictment here.

On May 1, 2024, in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, Randal Dunlap, former Treasurer of National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Branch 1018 (located in Manhattan, Kans.), [pleaded] guilty to one count of embezzling union funds in the approximate amount of $86,000, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501(c). The guilty plea follows an investigation by the OLMS Denver-St. Louis District Office.
