John Woodall, a California worker, has filed federal unfair labor practice charges with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) against International Union of Operating Engineers Local 3 (IUOE) after a union official threatened Woodall with an ultimatum to either join the union or face employment termination. Woodall is receiving free legal assistance from National Right to Work Foundation staff attorneys.
