Recap: Businesses are Locating to Right to Work North Carolina

Companies are investing in North Carolina as a result of its Right to Work benefits. Businesses adding new locations within the state include Macy’s, Service Offsite Solutions, and Spotit. Altogether, these companies will create a total of 3,135 new jobs. So this is exciting news for the economy! It also shows how Right to Work states not only benefit businesses, but job seekers as well!

Macy’s:

Macy’s is investing $584 million in order to add a new facility in Right to Work China Grove, North Carolina. This will create 2,800 new jobs!

“This state-of-the-art facility is a significant milestone for Macy’s, Inc. as we invest in strengthening our omnichannel ecosystem. It will support growth of our business as a leading omnichannel retailer. [“¦] We forward to partnering with local and state officials to bring jobs and drive opportunities for local residents.” [“¦]

“We are [happy] to welcome Macy’s and its state-of-the-art facility to North Carolina. [“¦] When you combine our robust transportation network with our skilled workforce and great quality of life, economic development wins like these will continue to be celebrated statewide.”

Service Offsite Solutions:

Service Offsite Solutions is investing $11.8 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Sanford, North Carolina. This will also create 235 new jobs!

“As our strategic economic development plan emphasizes, North Carolina’s greatest asset is our people. [“¦] Innovative companies, like Service Offsite Solutions, need a dependable and skilled pool of talent to support their growth strategies.”

Spotit:

Spotit is adding its first US location soon in Right to Work Raleigh, North Carolina. This will also create 100 new jobs!
