Virginia is a Right to Work state, which means businesses have more incentives to invest and create new jobs here. Companies investing in Right to Work Virginia include Hitachi Energy and IperionX Limited, as well as Evermade Foods. Hitachi Energy:

Hitachi Energy is investing $37 million in order to expand in Right to Work Halifax County, Virginia. This will create 165 new jobs as a result!

IperionX Limited is investing $82.1 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Halifax County, Virginia, creating 108 new jobs!

Evermade Foods is investing $110,000 in order to expand in Right to Work Fauquier County, Virginia. This will create 46 new jobs as a result!
