Recap: What’s in Store For Right to Work South Carolina?

Businesses continue to invest in the state of South Carolina as a result of the benefits that the Right to Work state provides. Great examples of this come from Motor City Racks and EPC Power, as well as Atkore. Read on in order to learn more about what these business investments will mean for the state!

Motor City Racks:

Motor City Racks is investing $26 million in order to establish operations and create 88 new jobs in Right to Work Laurens, South Carolina.

“The executive management team of Motor City Racks, consisting of Johan and Ben Enns, is extremely excited for new operations in Laurens. The last nine years in South Carolina have been an incredible journey for Motor City Racks, and it would not have been possible without our outstanding South Carolina workforce. During our expansion initiatives, we plan to execute effectively while continuing to leverage our 20 years of experience in custom weld fabrication, our strong ties to the South Carolina automotive industry and our relationship with the South Carolina Department of Commerce. We plan to create many long-term, well-paying jobs; invest substantial capital; and grow our operations.†[…]

“South Carolina leads the nation in the export sales of completed passenger vehicles and tires, and companies like Motor City Racks contribute to that impressive accomplishment. EPC Power:

EPC Power is investing $5 million in order to establish operations in Right to Work Mauldin, South Carolina and create 150 new jobs.

“EPC Power is very excited to expand our operations in Greenville County. The skilled workforce and excellent supplier base will enable EPC Power to supply American-made inverters for use domestically and around the world.†[…]

Atkore:

Atkore is investing $7.7 million in order to expand in Right to Work Allendale, South Carolina. This will also create 16 new jobs!
