Texas Beats Oklahoma, No Its Not Football – It’s jobs
Texas wins Tesla’s new U.S. assembly plant beating several other Right To Work States while Compulsory Unionism State Governors mostly watched from the sidelines.
The $1.1 billion plant is “going to be stunning” and will employ at least 5,000 workers, CEO Elon Musk said during a conference call with investors and analysts.
“We’re actually going to have a boardwalk where there’ll a hiking and biking trail,” he said. “It’s going to basically be an ecological paradise. Birds in the trees, butterfly, fish in the stream, and they will be open to the public as well.”
The factory will build Tesla’s new Cybertruck pickup and its upcoming semi-tractor truck and will serve as a second production site for its Model Y SUV. …
