United Aviate Academy to Expand Current RTW Arizona Facility

Arizona-NILRR

United Aviate Academy is a subsidiary of United Airlines, and they currently have a facility in Right to Work Goodyear, Arizona. Now, they are planning a major expansion. They plan to soon lease a new training facility that will provide new aircraft, hangars, office spaces, and dormitory spaces. So this will be a great addition! It will also put more money into the economy. This is yet another example of how Right to Work states such as Arizona help keep the economy in tip top shape by allowing for business growth.

From Area Development Magazine:

“We are thrilled to welcome our first class of students to the academy’s new home at Phoenix Goodyear Airport. […] The facility ensures we have the resources to expand our training capabilities and that the next generation of aviators will receive industry-leading training toward their goal of becoming a pilot for United Airlines.†[…]

“United Aviate Academy’s pilot training program is a valued addition to Arizona’s aviation sector and we’re excited to welcome their inaugural program to Goodyear. […] We are grateful to UAA for choosing Goodyear, creating hundreds of jobs for Arizonans in a rapidly-growing industry.â€
