Valent BioSciences Finds Success in Right to Work Iowa

Right to Work Iowa Economic Update

Valent BioSciences is expanding soon in Right to Work Osage, Iowa. This comes no doubt as a result of the state’s Right to Work laws, which provide benefits to the company. The expansion will also help the company meet increased demand for its products.

From Area Development Magazine:

Production-scale fermentation and recovery equipment will be installed with full digital capabilities to produce products that increase crop yields, preserve forests, and protect the public from vector-borne diseases. Construction will begin this summer and will be completed during the second quarter of 2024, according to company officials. […]

“We are proud to support these environmental initiatives, which align with our focus on sustainability and enhancing the quality of life in our local communities. […] Much work has also been going on behind the scenes to make these initiatives a reality, and we want to thank OneEnergy Renewables, the Heartland Power Cooperative, the City of Osage, the Mitchell County Conservation Board, and Pheasants Forever for their valuable contributions and assistance.†[…]

“We are thankful for the opportunity to partner with Valent BioSciences and OneEnergy on this project. […] By working together, Heartland Power Cooperative and OneEnergy are able to provide knowledge and experience in the energy industry to help Valent BioSciences reach their sustainability goals.â€
