What is Qcells Planning in Right to Work Georgia?

Qcells is investing $171 million toward a manufacturing facility for solar panels in Right to Work Dalton, Georgia. As a result of this investment, the company is also creating 470 new jobs. So this is exciting news!

From Area Development Magazine:
