Issa Issues Subpoena to Compel NLRB, Solomon to Hand Over Boeing Documents

The identified materials must be submitted to committee
offices by noon Aug. 12, an Aug. 8 committee statement said. When asked what
action the committee can take if NLRB does not comply with the subpoena, a
committee spokesman told BNA, “Chairman Issa set a deadline for compliance and
it’s premature to comment before that deadline is reached.â€
