Quarra Stone Company Has Plans for RTW Wisconsin

Wisconsin-NILRR

Quarra Stone Company is adding a new location soon in Right to Work Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This will serve as a new production facility for the stone cutting and supplying company. In order to make this possible, they are investing a total of $17.9 million toward the project. And as a result, this will create 31 new jobs. So this is exciting news for both the company and the area’s economy!

From Area Development Magazine:

“Our new facility is designed by Snohetta architects, a Norwegian firm with offices in the U.S. To have them as our architect is unheard of and it’s probably the most highly designed building in the state of Wisconsin. [“¦] It will enable us to make much bigger, heavier stones, which is what our market is now asking for.” [“¦]

“The growing demand for Quarra’s products, combined with the slate of exciting projects they’re involved in, necessitates a new, modern facility, which we’re thrilled to help make a reality. [“¦] Quarra remaining in the Madison area will be immensely beneficial for job creation and overall economic growth in the region.”
