Recap: RTW Wisconsin Companies are Thriving Companies

Wisconsin is a Right to Work state, which means employees can’t be forced into a union, thus giving both the businesses and employees more autonomy. As a result, companies are attracted to the state and have success here. Some of the recent investments in the state of Wisconsin are coming from Perlick Corporation and Milwaukee Tool, as well as Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals and Casting Cleaning Resources. Altogether, these companies will create a total of 1,304 jobs for the state. So this is exciting news and reinforces the idea that Right to Work states simply do better economically.

Perlick Corporation:

Perlick Corporation is investing $11.5 million in order to expand in Right to Work Milwaukee, Wisconsin, creating 35 new jobs.

“We are very thankful for the support from the state. […] Perlick has been in Milwaukee for 105 years and intends to stay here. We intend that the business will grow well beyond the grant years to provide jobs for generations of Wisconsin residents.†[…]

“Perlick Corporation has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin. […] I’m impressed with the company’s efforts to create jobs and preserve the environment while manufacturing such widely used products on a large scale.â€

Milwaukee Tool:

Milwaukee Tool is investing $206 million toward an expansion in right to Work Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, creating 1,000 new jobs.

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals:

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is investing $220 million toward a new location in Right to Work Verona, Wisconsin. This will also create 230 new jobs.

Casting Cleaning Resources:

Casting Cleaning Resources is investing $4 million in order to expand in Right to Work Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, creating 39 new jobs.

[…] Casting Cleaning Resources recognized that locating in Wisconsin offers major supply chain advantages and numerous other benefits. We welcome CCR to our state.†[…]
