National Institute for Labor Relations Research Announces 2025 Right to Work Essay Monthly Contest Winners
Springfield, VA – June 30, 2025 – The National Institute for Labor Relations Research (NILRR) is proud to announce several the winners of the 2025 Monthly Right to Work Essay Contest! For those who have not entered and won, you still have time to enter. With Independence Day this Friday, we are doubling the number of possible winners for the July to twenty (20) possible winners for July. So get your entries in ASAP.
Our ongoing monthly contest invites participants to articulate the importance of the Right to Work principle and its benefits for individuals and the United States, and we were inspired by the thoughtful submissions we received.
Our winners demonstrated insight into how Right to Work laws protect workplace freedom by ensuring employees can choose whether to join or financially support a union without risking their jobs.
Each winner will receive a $100 prize and the opportunity to have their work highlighted on NILRR.org.
